1. Platform Scope & Marketplace Model

Styvik operates as an invitation-only and vetted discovery portal connecting buyers with independent fashion designers, ateliers, and verified D2C apparel brands across India. Styvik facilitates curation, search, editorial lookbooks, and high-resolution catalog indexing.

When purchasing products listed on Styvik, you are redirected directly to the verified official boutique website or checkout portal of the respective creator brand.

2. Designer Curation & Verification

Independent brands undergo verification prior to onboarding. While Styvik verifies business credentials, social handles, and production authenticity, contract of sale, order fulfillment, sizing inquiries, and physical dispatch remain under the purview of each independent label.

3. Pricing & Currency Disclosures

All prices displayed on Styvik are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise on the creator’s storefront. Prices, promotional discounts, and inventory availability are subject to real-time synchronization with brand partners.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand Assets

All brand logos, trademarks, high-fashion campaign photography, lookbook videos, and product silhouettes remain the intellectual property of their respective creators and registered rights holders. Styvik retains rights to platform interface designs, codebases, and styling engines.

5. Dispute Resolution & Customer Care

Styvik provides a dedicated Support Desk to mediate order escalations, brand inquiries, and verification reporting. You may reach our compliance and arbitration council via the interactive Support Desk or at legal@styvik.com.
